Information collected

Nexity may collect names, business names, email addresses, phone numbers, billing details, domain names, service requirements, support-ticket information, website form submissions, technical diagnostics, and information needed to provide hosting, email, domain, game server hosting, or IT support services.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, provide quotes, provision services, manage accounts, deliver support, issue invoices, investigate faults, improve communication, comply with legal duties, and protect Nexity services from abuse or security risk.

Client account information

Account information may be used to identify a client, manage active services, process changes, confirm service ownership, communicate support updates, and maintain accurate business records.

Support ticket information

Support requests may include device details, screenshots, error messages, domain or DNS information, mailbox details, software context, and technical notes needed to diagnose or resolve the issue.

Billing and invoice information

Billing information may be used for invoices, account statements, payment follow-up, credit allocation, financial records, tax-related record keeping, and dispute handling. Nexity does not request clients to send card passwords or one-time banking codes.

Website analytics and cookies

Nexity may use basic website analytics, cookies, server logs, or similar tools to understand website performance, protect the site, identify errors, and improve user experience. Browser settings may allow visitors to block or delete cookies.

Third-party service providers

Nexity may use service providers for hosting infrastructure, email platforms, domains, billing, analytics, security, support tools, and communication. Information is shared only where reasonably needed to provide or protect the service.

Data retention

Information is kept for as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, legal obligations, financial records, support history, dispute handling, security, and legitimate business purposes. Retention periods may differ by record type.

Data security

Nexity uses reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure, so clients must also protect passwords, devices, mailboxes, and account access.

Client rights

Clients may request access to personal information held by Nexity, ask for correction or deletion where appropriate, object to certain processing where the law allows, and ask how personal information is used. Some records may need to be retained for billing, security, legal, or service-delivery reasons.
