Nexity services may not be used for activity that is unlawful, abusive, harmful, deceptive, disruptive, or likely to damage the reputation, security, availability, or deliverability of Nexity services or upstream provider networks.
Clients may not send unsolicited bulk email, operate spam tools, use purchased mailing lists without proper consent, or allow compromised accounts to send abusive mail.
Malware hosting, command-and-control activity, credential theft, phishing pages, deceptive login forms, malicious redirects, and compromised scripts are prohibited.
Services may not be used for unlawful material, fraud, scams, threats, harassment, exploitation, content that violates applicable law, or content Nexity is required to remove by law, supplier instruction, or valid abuse report.
Clients must have rights to the content, software, media, code, game files, themes, plugins, and data they upload or use. Repeated or unresolved infringement complaints may lead to suspension or removal.
Resource use that disrupts other clients, overloads shared systems, bypasses plan limits, or creates instability may be limited, upgraded, isolated, or suspended.
Denial-of-service activity, amplification attacks, port scanning, proxy abuse, botnets, scraping abuse, packet floods, and attempts to disrupt networks are prohibited.
Clients may not attempt unauthorized access, credential attacks, vulnerability scanning of third parties, exploit hosting, or activity intended to compromise systems.
Cryptocurrency mining, resource farming, and similar compute-heavy activity are not allowed on shared hosting or any service unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Nexity may decline, remove, or require separate review for adult content, illegal content, high-risk regulated content, hate or abuse content, gambling-related systems, weapons-related sales, or activity that creates operational or legal risk.
Nexity may investigate, request correction, disable content, throttle services, suspend accounts, terminate services, preserve evidence, or cooperate with upstream providers and lawful requests where abuse or risk is identified.
Use the contact route and Nexity can help confirm whether a setup should be treated as standard usage, custom work, or out of scope.
