This policy explains how Nexity scopes AMP-based game servers, custom game hosting requests, resources, mods, backups, fair use, and support expectations.

Game server hosting is quoted per request based on the game, expected player count, resource requirements, region needs, mods, plugins, storage, backup expectations, and whether AMP is suitable for the setup.
AMP is Nexity's preferred management path where the game is supported. AMP may help with deployment, console access, restarts, updates, backups, and routine management, but available functions depend on the game and panel support.
CPU, memory, storage, bandwidth, processes, backups, and server settings are allocated according to the agreed quote. Heavy usage, player growth, or modded setups may require upgrade, optimisation, or re-quoting.
Mods, plugins, maps, custom files, and unsupported game configurations may create performance, compatibility, security, or maintenance issues. Nexity may accept, decline, or separately quote custom work.
Backup handling depends on the quoted service, game behavior, panel capabilities, and storage requirements. Clients should not treat backups as guaranteed unless the quote or service agreement confirms the backup scope.
Game servers must not be used for abusive traffic, attacks, crypto mining, proxying, illegal content, unauthorized distribution, or activity that disrupts Nexity, suppliers, networks, or other customers.
Clients are responsible for their players, server rules, admins, permissions, game content, backups they manage, moderation, licensed files, and changes made through control panels or admin accounts.
Nexity is not responsible for bugs, crashes, mod conflicts, game updates, third-party plugins, player-created damage, corrupt worlds, or unsupported features outside the agreed support scope.
Game server cancellations should be requested before renewal. Data, saves, backups, and custom files should be exported before termination where export is needed and available.
Nexity support may cover server access, panel assistance, agreed setup work, basic troubleshooting, and quoted changes. Gameplay support, mod development, player moderation, and third-party plugin repair may be outside standard scope.
